Hello,
While this is only my second post, unfortunately it won't be a cheerful one.
I have spent a while reviewing options and I have come to the conclusion that partial hanging seems to be the best and most accessible method for me at the moment. I don't really have much access to ropes however I have managed to acquire a meter long, pretty thick and durable dog leash. It has a clip on the end (obviously) and it loops back around on the other end so you can hold it. I won't be using the loop as it won't be constricting enough I believe. So I have decided I will use the loop to go over a sufficiently high enough bedpost and I'll tie up the other end into a slip knot (I think?) I have already set it up this way and it holds really well. I'm only asking on here because I want to be absolutely sure it's a viable method to make me lose consciousness rather quickly.
If anyone has any opinions or issues/suggestions about this, please do let me know.
Also I apologise if this has already been asked before, but I don't have access to the search feature yet and from my time sifting through other posts I haven't found one similar.
EDIT: Just managed to successfully nearly pass out by manually compressing my carotid artery. I'm feeling pretty confident this will work.
