I have been trying for more than 40 days now since I got my nylon rope, I tried all possible positions, located my arteries, put the rope over and under basically everywhere on my neck, put socks, every possiblity, but still it just feels like a painful neck and breathing workout.
I've linked my setup, everything is sturdy as hell, those are steel cages stuff around the window that can easily support my whole weight.
I'm tired of it and just need to move on from it at this point, I'm contemplating getting blastered by a train. Only extreme methods work.
