There was a really good guide to hanging on the forum in ~2024 but I cannot find it.

I don't have the general search function unlocked so if anyone knows what I am talking about - would you be so kind as to tag it here please?

There was also one post on hanging that I also can't find anymore, where a guy posted pictures of his tested setup and he used socks?, if I remember correctly, placed on both sides of his neck. Does anyone have any input on that sort of padding?
