Help Partial hanging attempt effects

I attempted partial hanging yesterday but unfortunately got found and saved since im in a hospital. Now I have this strange red rash all over my face and one of my eyes is almost completely dark red. My neck is also swollen and bruised to the point where its hard to move it or swallow. Does anyone know how long these effects will last?
On a separate note I also pissed myself when I was unconscious so I guess the information about that is accurate.
