Trachea only needs 15kg to collapse, I am thinking of kneeling by partial hanging to CTB which would put around 60% (I'm 80kg, so, 48kg) of the weight on my neck. Would this break my trachea while practicing? Is trachea collapsing an unavoidable part of partial hanging? And what does trachea collapsing mean? If my trachea collapse, would I be send to hospital?

I have tried to avoid hitting the Adam's apple itself but never heard about avoiding the trachea.

My problem with this, is, before I go unconscious, I have to endure the breaking of my trachea.

You won't break your windpipe that easy don't worry about it. Maybe if you are really overweight and do full suspension. If you manage to do that it will Prolly hurt very much and you won't be able to breath and die slowly so should be avoided

I've seen mixed ideas about full. Some people say your out quickly and you say it will really hurt.

Oh I was just referring to injuring the trachea not to full suspension in general

Oh thanks. Is full suspension pretty quick until you are unconscious, like how quick? I don't want to panic doing it
