• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

100% agreed. I've been having bad migraines since I was 17 due to genetics from my mother.

I'm 21.
My parents have been the whole reason I am socially anxious and never made long-term friends.
And they didn't recognize it until a week ago, and they now admit it's their fault.

I don't think it is fair to put all the responsibility on your parents. You have agency too, and keep in mind your parents also have parents. Which of your ancestors is to shoulder all the responsibility?

Don't get me wrong it sounds like your parents have been awful towards you. Probably their parents were to them.
I was abused but broke the cycle when I had my daughter

Huh doesn't quite convey what you don't understand about my post. You opined that genes, either from your father or mother, were responsible for adhd, autism, social anxiety, panic disorder. That's BS. Nobody knows what causes adhd, or autism, for certain, but being bullied because of having a "weak personality" certainly has nothing to do with genes. If that is the case, it came about entirely through environmental reasons. And I highly doubt that adhd, autism, etc are the result of genes. More likely they're the result of some, yet unknown, environmental factor, also.
no. you have autism from birth, theres no enviromental factors here. you cant "become" autistic. bruh

If people choose to breed they should know that they come from a lineage that goes back to at least all grandparents with no major issues and they should be certain that they are totally healthy, competent assholes just like most of the stronger and therefore happier people. I think that is 95% of how their kids will turn out, short of some unknown factor in the environment later on. They should know they will be there as proper role models and care givers until the kids are at least 18.

If the kids should still have problems they don't just get to say "oops but what were the odds" and move on. They are responsible for putting their all into ensuring the knew life is as free of suffering as possible! If they are not sure they can do that then they should never breed!
