Paradoxical Pessimism

I started reading philosophical pessimism recently, and paradoxically it's made me less depressed, though I do still have low days I'm mostly neutral with everything now. I can't vouch for it for everyone, it's still a fairly bleak outlook, but I hope it helps someone.
