Have klonopin but if I take too much my prescription will run out too soon have to take every day maybe I'll start drinking againXanex and alcohol.
Not the healthiest coping mechanisms.
I usually cry it out seems it's all I'm capable of these daysMy biggest key is to just focus on my breathing before the attack and make sure I don't start hyperventilating. If I let myself hyperventilate then I'll totally just go full panic attack and fetal position until I cry it out and it's over.
The crying and dropping to the ground rings true for me too but I'm afraid if I totally lose it I wont be able to stopI keep them hidden inside, I can somehow manage it pretty well. Though I feel like crying and dropping to the ground a lot, but I still have to keep the 'I'm okay', thing going.
Just living takes up so much energy, I constantly feel like just finding a quiet and cozy place to be alone and cry, but I can't.
