There are just no easy answers to this, the unfortunate reality is that we exist in a world where the most painless methods get cruelly restricted from us making it so it's very difficult to finally exit this world. I think that with methods all that anyone can do is do their own research, that is what this site is for and if there was an easy way to exit this existence I would be long gone at this point.Similar threads
