whenever I'm doing bad mentally or struggling with stress my body physically starts hurting. When my body hurts it hurts so fucking bad. Right now I'm feeling pain in my muscles in my ankles and I think I have inflammation in my leg muscles. It feels like my ankles are sprained. Just going up the stairs takes so much energy and is painful. I'm not sure if it's related but I've noticed I only feel pain in my muscles and have no energy when I'm doing bad mentally. I no longer have energy motivation, nor a will to live. My body is in pain I'm in pain I hate this. I'm so fucking tired physically and mentally my body feels heavy I feel so sluggish I can't even get to my classes. I've been skipping pretty much all my classes the past 2 weeks. I'm so behind and that is just adding onto my stress. I don't know what to do anymore. It seems to me like there's only one way out. I don't even want to die I just want peace and rest. Does anyone have any advice?

Just breathe... close your eyes, forget about this world, this life and take deep breaths- slowly exhaling them. Every breath will take the stress away, clearing your energy centers. And soon you will breathe as a new supercharged engine.
