Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Anyone else feel overwhelmed by a seemingly infinite amount of worries and problems?

If so, how do you cope?

Right now, I cope by alternately distracting myself and carefully attending to and ticking off items on my extremely long to do list...

Im not sure if its a helpful or something but some form of physical activity (that fits for you: its very very very very very very important) can ease your worries because you have something else to "worry" about like "if i can do this"

Hi,
Like physical training, everyday routine, do you mean things like that? I'm kind of planning to start that.

i'm a big fan of escapism, so i use anime, manga, and video games. or i put all my anxious energy towards things like cleaning or organizing.

Yep. Usually it just consumes me, but sometimes I can be more logical/objective and relax about an issue for a little bit. That's taken a lot of time and effort though.

I tend to escape through the internet or other electronics

Mine really can't be considered healthy, but just thinking about the fact that I will die one day, and all these worries will cease. Whenever my worries really get too much, (college work, work duties, having to interact with people in rl while being socially inept, etc). I think of papa frank's vid in a suicidal light, a friend whose offering you a hand towards the first step, and it just goes away. I'm not too sure if that is escapism but it's wonderfully effective.

Yeah anxiety sucks, my friend.

I try things like mindfulness, meditation, coffee, music therapy, isolation, and avoidance.

I try to dial in the above remedies to help myself as best I can.

Yes, I feel the same.

I don't really cope it, but there is some physical work at my home which a bit distracts me when I do it. A walk can also distract, for some reason when I'm not at home, I can to not take care of most of my problems, it seems that I'm so far away from them.

I'm having a similar issue , but only one worry at the moment. Also a girl , but fuck it, I can't handle a girl while having money issues, besides she's now with someone else.
