overwhelmed and empty

ive gone through so much pain that i cant even feel anymore, its just empty inside

currently lying in bed in my disgusting room, ive been trying to clean it for over a month now but every time i go to do it i find myself lying down again, its too much

im just so tired, im so tired that i cant even get up and kill myself, i want to lay here forever

yes me too! im not sure how, as this is the very same bed and room that a lot of things happened to me, but it doesnt really bother me

nothing will stop me from bedrotting here

Urgh, same! I need hours to leave my bed.

Not sure if you want cleaning tips, but what helped me is to pick up 1-3 items whenever I walk past something, like on my way to the bathroom. Only takes a few seconds. It's still overwhelming, I know, but maybe it can help you too.

thanks for the tip! i'll definitely try it, or take things in steps

ive got a shit ton of clothes on my floor, could probably organise that first
