Help overdosing with easily accessible meds

Is there a way to ctb by overdosing with easily accessible meds? (mixed with alcohol if necessary) By easily accessible i mean something that's commonly owned by almost everyone, with or without a prescription it doesn't matter.
It would love to just use some heroin and sleeping pills but i can't get my hands on it....
