When I was in high school I attempted to overdose on acetaminophen (tylenol) few times, that couldn't have had any permanent effects right? Tylenol is the only painkiller that I'm not allergic to and now when I take it I want to throw up immediately

It's really hard to die from and can cause liver damage

Yes, Tylenol (acetaminophen or paracetamol) is very taxing on the liver. If it causes nausea and you still need it for pain, perhaps some peptobismal would help before the Tylenol, as it will line the GI Tract & provide some sort of protective barrier against the Tylenol.

Peptobismal can't be taken by those allergic to aspirin, is there an alternative?

It's the most ridiculous thing if you really considering to do ctb. If you just doing it for seeking some attention, don't do it. Or if you will, take a few thousand miligram of NAC. It's the only antidote of acetaminophen induced liver damage.

I think we reaaalllllyyy need a sticky on this forum just telling people to not OD on OTC pills at all. Not only will it not kill you (unless you have a really serious heart condition but again there's better ways to dying than that) but it can cause permanent organ damage and you're just going to feel not only shitty mentally but physically on top of that.

I think that's what I will probably do. OTC's do nothing, but hurt you in large doses.

Most people who attempted this method probably did it in the moment and took it because it was there. I doubt anyone would choose this as a well thought out method unless they're desperate and have no other method available.

That doctor I previously mentioned will be coming to NY mid May if you are still interested in him.

Would he be able to give me the shot in a hotel?how much does it cost again?

Also will you be doing it as well? I have money set aside so I'm able to pay. I really want to get this done, I'm tired of living and I've been waiting to die for 15 years now

In a place without cameras. A small motel might be ideal. I might use one in Riverhead. I'm not sure how much he would charge. I could ask him for you. I told him I want to hire him for May 14th or shortly thereafter.

Yes, but we would need two different dates to make it look less suspicious. I understand. You should talk to him directly. Since I can't PM you yet, you can email me at [email protected] if you want his info.
N is my backup plan if I can't get a May date that I like. He has another person interested on the east coast for May, and he is waiting to hear which date she is interested in. However, if you and I could commit to a certain date, that will ensure him coming here when we want.

I see you are insisting with this, which is in my opinion a scam. Why can't we have the info about this guy here in this forum if you said his details are public (that's what i remember from a previous post of yours)?

He doesn't always terminate people's lives if they are suffering from depression only. Yes, his details are public, but he's not going to want to be linked to helping specific people on this site.

Can we at least have his name to do some research?

Don't think this works....otherwise everyone would use these pills and then they would be off the market....happened with barbiturates....Marilyn Monroe for example ....now we have to go to the dark web to even try to secure something that works.... laws need to change...we should all have a choice...

He knows it's against the law in this country to terminate people's lives if they are not terminally ill, which is why he needs to be careful. In his country, the laws are different.

OTC pills are unreliable and in rare cases where they work, they cause a long, slow and painful death.

I didn't realize you already came up with another plan, and I had remembered you expressed interest in the doctor. I didn't like the SN method for some reason.

It's my backup plan. I'm a bit nervous if it won't work that's why I'm more interested in the shot

Even in his country (Colombia), the patient needs a green light from a doctor before he can use the law which allows euthanasia.

There are a lot of threads about SN here. It's worth reading.

I've actually mostly been reading a lot of those trends for the past month or two. Just to get the procedure and dosing right so it doesn't fail. I think that's probably my biggest fear, but I've been trying to thoroughly plan it and I was considering also making an exit bag just in case. I live in NYC you'd think it would be easy to find an extremely tall building to just jump off
