Method Overdose and wrist slitting

So I know on its own both are not reliable ways to die. However, if i drink a shit ton, take a bottle of ibuprofen, naproxen, and another painkiller ( its all i have) and then slit my wrist or neck (im trying to figure out which artery is the easiest to hit) will it have a higher chance of success? And how likley is it that i will actually be able to take three bottles of pills, is that impossible?

I wouldn't do anything I cannot risk botching. You don't want to end up damaging nerves and liver, and still very much alive.
