There is. But since you only have 12 posts, you probably don't have enough "presence" here yet to access it. Get your post count up, to how much I'm not sure, though, and eventually you'll see 2 caption-like "bubbles" appear at the top of the page. That's the chat entrance. There's a search function, too, that will appear after you reach a certain number of posts and have been "active" a certain amount of time. It's not a large amount of postings required, like 20, maybe 30, or so.
