Discussion OTC Meto alternatives for SN method?

Is there anything OTC or anything I could order online that would give me a good chance of keeping the SN down? It's okay if it's not AS effective as meto, just anything that would help.

Buccastem can be bought OTC in UK and has been listed as a good alternative if you can't get meto, think the active ingredient is prochlorperazine

Prochlorperazine is not OTC in Canada.

Diphenhydramin(chlordi) = OTC or Domperidon = easier to get than Meto.
