Bismuth subsalicylate (Pepto-Bismol, Kaopectate) – helps nausea, upset stomach, and mild irritation/inflammation.

Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine) – antihistamine for motion-sickness and general nausea.

Meclizine (Bonine) – another antihistamine, similar to dimenhydrinate but longer-acting.

Emetrol (phosphorated carbohydrate solution) – calms stomach contractions and reduces nausea.

Ginger (tea, chews, capsules) – natural anti-nausea and mild stomach-soothing effect.

Peppermint oil / peppermint tea – can help reduce nausea and bloating.

Sadly none of these are great for dealing with SN

Idk if Vet grade meto is accessible to you but I have considered it. Here in SE Asia, it's available otc but for humans, prescription is required.
