OTC AE suitable for N?

I cannot get a prescription so I would like to buy OTC. Any suggestions?

My body keeps failing on me and I have nasty eye issues now developed in the span of one week. Floaters and visual snow.On top of everything else . This is why I want to go asap.

PPH says for the purposes of N, the AE needs to be a dopamine inhibitor. Whether any of the OTC AE's are dopamine inhibitors, idk. Any idea why your body is suddenly falling apart?

No idea. A curse my grandmother put on me. You can see my story and I am sure you will have difficulties remembering how many nasty health issues I have.
