Anyone in Oregon wanna meet up? I can't drive so it would have to be in my city.

If you are unable to connect through SS, you might try calling a nurse at a local hospital to see if they know of any groups that meet in your city. Calling people blind isn't a high yield option, but occasionally it can produce results. Also, since people are eager to get rid of callers, they often will give a referral to another person or group.
