I recently read an article about a woman in the uk who ordered some type of liquid from Russia. When she ingested it she died within an hour. The article doesn't say what she bought.

I'm struggling with ctb and survival instinct stopping me as I get unwell. I'm looking for something I can ingest and go quickly and peacefully.

I saw that post and looked into myself and I believe it was a powder rather than a liquid, which leads me to believe it was SN (people have been arguing that it would take too long, but with the mental health system in the UK, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest for her not to have been checked on for that long) but there's ultimately no way of knowing what she took unless they release it.
In terms of quickly and peacefully, you want to be looking at either SN or nitrogen

Thank you for your advice. I'm def ready to go. The mental health team here are shocking. I'm just a number. Everyone wants me to be positive and think it's possible to move on but I've tried for decades. I'm tired, tired of fighting, tired of pretending.
