If I took three 300ml bottles of oramorph tonight would that be enough to die? I have a small amount of tolerance having 60mg extended release twice a day - I maybe have ten sachets of that I could take on top; people probably wouldn't be alerted to my condition until part way through tomorrow, maybe even longer?
