  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

She was only 5 years old. Last night she showed no signs of illness and was running around, begging for extra food and doing all of normal cat stuff. However today she was lying on the ground unresponsively and barely breathing. We took her to vet as soon as possible, they injected her with different stuff (don't know exact names of the drugs) and gave her an oxygen tank. But it was already over. She wasn't coming back from this coma. So at the end of the day we decided to put her to sleep to end her suffering. About an hour later we berried her in a forest nearby.
It was a diabetes mellitus. Pretty bad one as it turned out. She never showed any signs of illness before that too. Coma from diabetes does strike out of nowhere and really fast.

If your cat drinks a lot of water, check its sugar levels. It might save its life.

Rest in peace. Might Misha find peace on the other side.

I am so sorry for your loss. Death can happen suddenly. I'm sure you gave her a good life while she was still alive. I hope Misha rests in peace.

I'm really sorry for your loss, this world can feel so unfair. Two weeks ago my nine year old cat passed away rather suddenly too, I understand how devastating this is. He was my anchor in this reality. Take care OP, I'm sure Misha was very loved and felt happy to be with with you.

I have had to bury too many cats. (Not far from my front door, near the walnut tree that my swing hangs from, is a small gravestone with 6 names on it. Another 2 cats that adopted us, but who became part of the family, are buried nearby.) It's difficult for a while, and you will never forget Misha, but the worst of the pain will pass in a few months. Perhaps less if you have a busy life.

I'm sorry , we had a cat die from a seizure recently , and I just lost my Charlie. I know how hard it is. I believe Misha is in a better place where she won't have to suffer any more.
