Help Olanzapine as Antiemetic for SN Method

I plan to use olanzapine (zyprexa) an antipsychotic with antiemetic properties for the SN method, as recommended in Vizzy's guide. I'm wondering about the equivalent dosage of olanzapine compared to 30 mg of metoclopramide. How much olanzapine would be roughly equivalent in terms of its antiemetic effect?

I've been on olanzapine for about a week now and so far, I'm tolerating it well, though I've noticed a few pounds of weight gain (lol) and some drowsiness.

Also, how soon should I take olanzapine before ingesting SN? Is 40 minutes to 60 minutes the right timing?

Olanzapine's Tmax is 5 to 8 hours (time it takes to reach max blood concentration)

I took a large dose of AP before my attempt and became psychotic after. If you are already taking olanzapine there is a chance that you are unable to vomit already.
