Besides enjoying this forum? Then it might, be, occasionally watching videos of people dying in almost any way imaginable. I don't get a thrill out of it, I just think it's fascinating and I like to imagine what it felt like for them. For me it's raw scientific curiosity. And a little jealousy.

sleeping in the snow
We practically never get snow! Once a year at most and we are lucky if it lasts an hour on the ground. But I remember that one time when we were really, really lucky and had a slightly ticker layer of snow so I practically rushed for a more isolated place so I can just enjoy it for myself. I never built a snowman yet for example. There wasn't enough for that either but I ended up laying down in it, and stayed like that for actual hours, before a drunk middle aged man passed by and yelled at me to get up before someone doesn't see me while dressed in all black and runs me over hahahaha.
Sorry for this, it's just that this is such a unique memory for me and your own story reminded me of it and to me it was again, a really unique moment, hope you didn't mind this I can remove the comment though.

No, that's an amazing story I dont mind at all. I hope it snows more next winter for you. It does really suck that it doesn't snow as much in different places of the world. Snow is a beautiful sight to see but sadly not a lot get to experience it.

Don't really have odd hobbies, I could get decent at most things probably, it's just that I don't find a reason to. The people that have no mental or physical ailment are so blessed to actually want to live and I hate that I can't be like them, I hate that I can't enjoy anything and can't find a place as a human.

Oh well, it's alright. Skipping frozen over crops and icy roads can be a positive way to look at it. We would have adapted somehow either way, but at least the good in the evil is there.
No, that's an amazing story I dont mind at all.
But thank you! Yours sounded really nice as well, I can only imagine it but I'm very glad that you enjoy something like that, it really sounds nice so I'm happy for you.
Snow is a beautiful sight to see but sadly not a lot get to experience it.
Using that logic, there are many fruits I won't ever get to taste in this lifetime either, but just because I never tried a papaya doesn't mean that I don't like blueberries.
Every place in the world is unique. I do regret never getting the chance to build a snowman yeah, but there are also many things I did that others never got the chance to etc etc.
Sorry for ranting. Appreciate all of that however. Much love.

Some of my AI chats would freak people out. I have one still ongoing where almost everyone I have known in the last 20 years is entered into this underground tournament where they have to fight someone else I knew to the death, and at the end there can be only one winner. I gave long detailed descriptions of all of them, analysed their training and psychology leading up to the matches, what they had to work on against this opponent, etc. It would be at least 1000 pages now and still going. Almost all of them are dead now, including me (bloody cousin choked me to death), with long discussions about their final moments, etc. But there's still a fair way to go and it's getting exciting to me who will win (the chatbot ultimately picks the winners).

I've never told anyone about that or showed it to anyone I know (because all of them are in it - family, friends, old high school acquaintances, nephews, nieces, grandparents, everyone). But it's intriguing to me. I think I've written something in that chat almost every day for about a year.

I'm sure they wouldn't freak out if they have a good sense of humor:))

I almost told my Mum once when she was playing with my niece irl and I couldn't stop laughing. All I could think about was how my niece picked her up and slammed her head into the ground, shattering her skull after an intensive lead up where Mum ultimately decided not to let her win and give it her best shot (in the story). If I get drunk enough, it will definitely come out at some point. It's too hard not to think about around them because they're all involved.

Having long hair and taking care of myself (as a guy). Not a "hobby", but I get plenty of looks and sometimes comments, randomly being called gay while mindung my own business.

It actually helps me filter out terrible people out of my life (I'd have no trouble to talk or hang out with them though, maybe they would learn something).

It also helps me attract likeminded people. Apperance can be incredibly helpful, and while it's not a guarantee, certain traits are associated with certain looks.

Being this way also makes women less scared of me being some psychopath. I never planned to be this way it just sort of happened and worked for me, makes me feel comfortable and confident.

Nope, just gay. I can see how my comment made that impression, I didn't want to give out too much information. Just a very unique, standing out style and a ridiculous amount of people are bothered by that.

My main goal was to distract others from certain, minor visual flaws, so I focused on my style, which I can control. This was never my goal, but it helps me talk with women, who assume a lot of positive traits with my style and won't think I'll try to have sex with them at any cost. Which made me hang around women more than men throughout my life, my personality benefited from this a lot. It's like an opposite of a typical alpha male, but it works for me. I wish other stuff in my life worked as well.

Collecting bones and assembling them, while most won't find this weird it'san extremely niche hobby because I can never find a good source for these damned things.

There's also sorting by new, I sort almost every site I like by new at some point.

I'm into collecting bones too, honestly this was the thing that inspired this thread. In my experience many people do find this hobby pretty weird tho

That's so cool man, I'm lucky I have a store that sells these nearby. They also unfortunately stopped selling completed skeleton sets that you can self assemble because there just wasn't a demand for those. Else I've yet to find a good source online. Most ppl I've told find it acceptable.
(Aside from the fact that I've got two human ribs lying around)

My bones were all found in nature, I didn't even know there are stores that sell real bones (I assume that's what you mean).
Also...may I ask about the human ribs?

I collect methods to kill myself. I've been collecting for a very long time. Before I bought my house the collection would usually shrink when I'd move. I liked to leave my nosses behind when I moved, I'd hide them in the attic or crawl space or even in the back of a base cabinet. :)) They were always custom made in length and honestly I found comfort in making them. I never seriously considered using them until I bought a house with a huge maple in the back yard, big and tall enough for a drop hanging.

Most likely I'll find my way out with one of my other choices. My anxiety raises if
I don't have at least 5 serious options. I never know what will appeal to me when it's time to ctb.
