Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Has anyone ever found a member's obituary online after hearing of their passing? Just curious how many of these actually end up getting posted/found.

I'm curious about how often this happens too. If I'm remembering correctly, I think I came across a thread on here where someone said they saw the obituary photo of another member and was debating leaving flowers for them or something along those lines. I think I remember another member in the same thread saying they saw it too.

I don't think we should post users obituaries. Let them rest in peace. Also it would just give more ammunition to the prolifers.

Posting someone's obituary is not allowed. They might not have wanted their account associated with them.
Kinda forgot this. Thanks for letting people know. I wouldn't want anyone to be banned for making that mistake. 🤗
