They have done me a lot of tests and they don't know what I have, they have discharged me and tomorrow I start working without even an answer.

I'm sorry, it's very frustrating to have an illness that our current diagnostics can't reveal anything about. You have to face being both sick and the lack of understanding that comes with no solid diagnosis. I've been homebound for three years due to very severe chronic pain. I've flown to other countries to have (for example) a high resolution MRI called an MRN that maps the nervous system and it still revealed nothing. Modern medicine is crude. So much can't be diagnosed and even less can be treated. I don't like being condescending and giving unsolicited advice. But don't trust in the competence of the doctors and also take everything you've been told by them with a big pinch of salt. They may not have been very rigorous and they may lack competence. If they told you they tested everything it's probably BS. I spent years reading papers and making sure I got the correct tests and trialled the right treatments for my issue. Honestly I can't say a single doctor was on the ball and had done the appropriate things for me and I've consulted with about 20. If what you have is outside the well established, treatable diseases then they give up basically immediately.

The worst thing is that my problem is not clearly visible, and people believe that I am either lying or exaggerating, for example my mother believes that nothing is wrong and I use it as an excuse.
Even my doctor told me to send me to "mental health" as if I was making this up.

How difficult is it to change the family doctor in your country? In some countries it's easy; you don't need any paperwork and you are allowed to change the doctor every quarter. If you think that he is unsupportive, think about it

ok, but if you have now visible symptoms, your doctor cannot say that you are imagining things. Is he still unsupportive?

They just don't take me seriously because my medical history shows that I have OCD, and they associate it with that.

have you made an internet research of conditions that are similar to yours?
Also research by pictures, using words that are representative of your condition.
You know how it looks like, how it feels, how it developed. No one else than you does.
Be propositive and try to give a hint to doctors about what needs to be checked. Through descriptions of websites you can also find which exams are used to diagnose each condition and you can compare with the exams that you have already done.
Not knowing exactly your problem, I thought of sclerodactyly
