D couldn't last forever (sadly). He was doing great work but with a global N supply shortage and LE snooping around the writing was on the wall.
D changed his email,and the essential ppeh updated the new email

I think it could have been anyone who either feeds the flame by "panicking" (and thus pulling others along) or someone who then steps in and DM's people who are clearly interested in a "hey I saw your post… here you go".
