What happens if you don't find your sweet spot and hang yourself? For how long will you be conscious?

If its full hanging it will still be able to kill eventually. But the process wont be smooth if you dont practice finding the spot and the knots, etc

theres a video a girl did it but not being able to faint and its not good..she seems struggle
