I am not afraid of death provided that it is not so painful but I am afraid of suicide. It is just so scary.

You mean because you have to anticipate it and see it coming, as well as having to commit the act yourself?
It is certainly daunting, if all my preparation for death was done and my devices were wiped/other things destroyed, I would probably wish for a sudden end that I didn't have time or knowledge to fear.

I mean death is not so scary if it is not so painful but it become scary suddenly when people have to do it themselves.

Typically you'd go unconscious before that happens or at the very least take some sleeping pills.
