Not able to CTB due to mental illness

just a few quick words
I have 6 diagnosis. Right now im unable to read, unable to focus, sometimes unable to move, sometimes unable to speak, unable to think clearly. I would like to CTB by helium method. But Im unable to make an exit bag because i need to gather all the supplies and I cant even go to a groceries store. Also with the helium tank you need to remove the plastic thing that is attached (the spout? for blowing up balloons) and I dont have the strength in my hands to do so. What can I do? Im desperate here. No one deserves to live in the state that I am in. Are there any people that can help me

It can be that I wont respond for a few days. Because I can get cathonic. Also keep your reply short because my attention span is short.

I'm sorry you are suffering so much. Please do be aware that if it's the retail helium tanks for balloons- there's a possibility that oxygen is mixed in and it might not work. Sadly, most methods require preparation and research and it doesn't feel easy to get hold of the things required. I hope you are able to find peace, whatever your decision.

Depends on the country what is illegal and what is not. You cant assist at the moment of suicide, that is illegal in all countries
Does anybody know of any exit bags being sold online?

Helium for balloons now has 20% oxygen so it can't be used to ctb- only industrial helium can be used to ctb, and most sources won't sell this to individuals, though some will.
