Sometimes I feel like I've lost touch with reality and sense of self is just an illusion. When I feel good I tend to think I'm an important person, which is obviously not true (I'm just a minion at work.) When I'm down I think I'm nothing but a burden to people around me. Neither feeling is based on reality and is just a product of random fluctuation in my mood.
