As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.
Hey everyone, I think the title already is pretty self explanatory, but does anyone know any way to self harm without there being visible scarring? I used to bite myself/ pull out my hair but that made me feel stupid.
Can't really think of many ways... i just sh in places that aren't easily visible. But what one girl that i used to go to group therapy did was she'd have a rubber band on her wrist and just pull it back and let it hit her wrist (sorry if that doesn't make sense i'm bad at explaining) which she did to replace cutting. Maybe you could try that, see if it's enough?
