Im wondering if for example after SN ingestion in the following couple hours there would likely be several violent seizures of body against the floor...SO wouldn't some hotel room neighbor phone reception (as it disturbs his sleep)?

Above all can anyone think of a way around this, or to not get visit from reception due to an issue like this

I'd thought lying flat on bed would help with noise, but then isn't there high risk of vomit aspiration then? Can anyone suggest a posture or location within room that will minimise direct floor noise while also minimising aspiration risk? Even lying sideways not good because one could then bang the wall when seizures

I've heard people will turn the tv volume up or play music to muffle any noise. Not crazy loud though or that will warrant a different type of phone call or visit.

The seizing won't be as loud as I think you're thinking it will be. It's more groaning and laboured breaths, and they could potentially be louder in nature, but with the tv on, it should muffle it quite well.
