HI,
So I have a question. I don't know what goes through my head. Like I can think like everyone else but when someone asks me what I've been thinking about I have no idea. Like the social workers always ask me like why are you feeling bad whats going through your mind and I'm always like I don't know my head is just fucking with me. But then they are always like you're being vague and we can't help you if you don't know what going through your head. And I always get really annoyed cause I would love to know why this is happening. I would love to pour my heart out and tell them everything but nothing comes out. I have no idea whats going through my head. I don't know if this could me trauma related or idk. When something like happens that day idk something bad then I can talk about it but if its just a normal day I cant but the feeling can be much worse then it is on days that I have been through something. I feel like I'm the only one so I came here to ask if someone recognises what I'm saying or that I'm actually that fucked up? Please say if you can't relate as well cause I just need to know its really fucking with me.

Pls help me.
XOXO Me

I'm not sure I have been through exactly this, but I am quite forgetful and I am always distracted, I struggle to concentrate. I'm sorry you are going through this, it sounds frustrating. I wish you the best.

This is just an idea.

Maybe there is a way to answer their question that helps both of you figure this out.

I try not to say "I don't know" too much because it sounds evasive, even when it's true.

Try telling him/her what you told us about your mind being blank. If you want, print out your post (copy and paste into a blank document so they won't know you're here) and give it to them. We can see your frustration with not being able to talk to them but they may think you're just being difficult.

Also, I usually rehearse what I want to talk about before my appointments so I don't forget something important.
