No fucking support

I was either smothered or compleatly left to fend for myself. Its so fucking overwelming how i barely know how to do anything. The tips my boyfriend gives me dont fucking work.

The one advice my former boss often gave me is this: "Control the things you can control, one step at a time," for whoever has, to them more will be given until they have it abundantly, but whoever does not have, even what they think they have will be taken from them. (Matthew 13:12)

You have little, and that's okay; work on controlling what you can, and allow yourself to rest, for that is what you truly need, and remember that you cannot please everyone, which is another thing my former boss told me.
