I am trying NN without success yet. resting the neck at this time hurts a little. I only get to feel the expansion of my head without fainting symptoms. If someone tries and wants to give me some advice, they are welcome. I will follow later only count with a long silk scarf. I do not try semi partial I had two horrible experiences despair does not let you finish the reflex act of the body and the pain is very strong
