Nitrogen Source in the UK

Can anyone please point me in the direction of a nitrogen source in the UK? And any clarification on how much I need for an exit bag?

I've tried OD'ing several times in the past and of course it hasn't worked, but I literally can't do this anymore. I'm desperate.

You can find nitrogen on amazon. As for an exit bag, you can make it yourself or there are other methods to inhale the gas.

I have considered nitrogen as my attempt too so I have done a lot of research about it.
8l tank is more than enough. The flow rate of the nitrogen should be around the 8-15l a minute.
