Method Nitrogen Flow ( Technical support needed)

Hi, I don't have the search function and I really want to make as few posts as possible ....but because I cannot find or understand what I need I need help or a link to a thread/post that explains.
I live in the UK and have read TPPH for this method (Nitrogen exit bag).
Because the metrics are different, I don't know what to get.
I know I need 15LPM of Nitrogen flow into the bag, I can make the bag. What I don't know is what regulator I buy in the UK to insure 15LPM to the bag and how much Nitrogen and in what metric for the UK?
Do I need a flow regulator on top? If so where do I get one?
What size tube and where?
