Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

When I was sleeping again, it was all nightmares. after a week of that it went to dreamless. other than drinking less alcohol and I guess anxiety was bad, I went to sleep the same, but with one of the worst nightmares I've had in a very long time. my PTSD nightmares usually seem so innocent until I wake up out of breath and screaming, but this one was nothing but hate.

normally I can forget shortly after waking, but it's left me shaking and terrified.

I'll see if grounding gets me anywhere, but does anything help any of you at times like this?

I can't really relate, since the last nightmare I can remember was years ago. All of my dreams now are nice or weird, but not bad. The best I can do is reassure you that a life without nightmares may be possible.
