If and when the chronic pain gets too much, I think that the Sarco is a good device.

If, and everyone here can attest to this fact, wants to move on, they WILL find a way and especially with a poor soul who is racked with pain and/or has huge medical issues where the balance tilts towards life is more torture than living is then let the individual make up their OWN mind, NOT some damn bureaucrat sitting in an office that has no idea at all.
