Hello everyone, I want to introduce myself. Sorry in advance for my poor English but it's not my first language.
I'm glad to have found a place where I can speak about suicide.
I've always suffered in my life and I'm still suffering as hell, I'm planning my own suicide and I want to meet someone to discuss about suicide methods (even in private), especially jumping off a bridge. Well I know this one is easy but I'm very scared even because I suffer from vertigo.
I also have access to psychiatric drugs such as antidepressants, anxyolitcs, sleeping pills and benzodiazepines due to my depression&more but I don't know how to use them for my plan.
I'll do more specific topics in the future.

This place really is unique isn't it? There's nothing like it anywhere else. Anything that gives a voice to the voiceless is a good thing.

A good starter is the wiki on the top bar. Theres a bit on jumping there.
