will I need two bottles for it to be successful? and just chug both of them?

1 bottle is enough for most people, according to the euthanasia organizations (but they mostly deal with elderly people). But 2 bottles is recommended to be sure.
Someone on 8chan recommended using a lidocaine spray to numb the tongue and help mask the taste. Chilling it is supposed to help with taste as well.
This is the recipe used by a European hospital:
For 100 ml:
Sodium pentobarbital (or sodium secobarbital) - 12 g
Ethanol 96% ABV - 20 ml
Purified water - 15 ml
Propylene glycol - 10 ml
Sodium saccharin - 250 mg
Simple syrup - 65 g
Anice essential oil - 1 drop
I'm planning on adding sugar or concentrated fruit juice to the pento.

Technically one is just enough but you should get two. Trust me you dont want to wake up a couple of days later feeling like shit because 1 bottle didnt do the deed. People have woken up from a one bottle overdose.

Supposedly it tastes really bad, but numbing your tongue isn't necessary. It's just something that could help for people who are really sensitive to taste.
I'm assuming that if you're going to drink two bottles, you'd just double these amounts?

It's not an exact recipe. The goal is simply to make the pento as palatable as possible. Concentrated fruit juice, sugar, artifical sweeteners, etc. As much as you want. But many people just drink it straight. Some people even take it without an anti-emetic and are fine.
Yeah now when I look closer at the email he sent me he said "You can take 2 tablets 8 hours before using the main product and 2 more tablets half hour before" so the "2" kind of got stuck in my head, my bad!

Well, I can answer that, seeing I have a minor background in Chemistry. A bottle of prepared Nembutal contains roughly 6.7g of sodium pentobarbital (solvent) in 100mL of solution. If I took the molar mass of this substance, I can find the overall molarity of the solution, which is moles of pentobarbital divided by the volume of the solution.
Now, what you proposed is added additional sweet liquid for taste. You can do this, but it increases the overall volume of the solution, which lowers molarity, which is pento concentration. Which means you will have to consume more of the solution to get the same effect. In conclusion, it is only worth adding more volume if the gain in taste is worth it.

The recipe I posted is used in Belgian hospitals, so it must not reduce the effectiveness.

About how long did it take for you to hear from AV? I made a protonmail account last night & emailed him, but still haven't heard anything back. Some are talking about getting a bot reply with information-is that supposed to happen immediately? About how long can I expect to wait before hearing back from AV? Sorry, I don't mean to pester, I'm just getting more and more anxious with every hour passing that I don't hear anything

It's the weekend, so he might not be checking emails right now. I don't think it's an automatic bot reply, but something he copies and pastes. When I first emailed him it took several hours for him to respond, but I've heard other people waiting longer to hear back. I wouldn't worry.

The fastest ive ever heard someone receiving was 8 days but theres no guarantee that you"ll get it in that time frame, even with EMS.

thansk, wow i just found out that in my country it is possible to obtain nembutal but you need a prescription.
in the US and the rest of the world is not it, too?

What country are you in?
Pentobarbital is not used much in human medicine anymore except as an anesthetic. In most countries, it's only available for veterinary use to euthanize animals.
I was just reading the PPH about AV and it mentioned a membership/invoice number may be asked for. Has anyone run into this?

Interesting... In Brazil, pentobarbital is in the same scheduled drug class as benzos.
