It's impossible to find anywhere my friend. One member tried fentanyl but it seems they woke up.Yeah if you don't have access to a tall cliff or a gun the other methods seem to have much more suffering.
The weirdest and most clever solutions I've seen are large quantities of rectal alcohol. Bypasses the liver.

I looked into alcohol poisoning, and even though it could work, there might be nasty symptoms. You might become temporarily blind or damage some organs. I think another method should be considered.
Yeah I might agree with this. Without Nembutal every method looks pretty brutal tbh.

The thing about ODing on those sorts of drugs is that it's very hard to get to a dose that will definitively kill a person. The news tells you about people who are ODing yes, but that only indicates the minimum dose to die, the 'certain to kill' dose is much much larger. One user on here did the math about how many tablets of morphine it would take to reach the LD50 (the dose which is lethal for 50% of subjects) for morphine, and it was something ridiculous like 300 tablets. And the big downside is that if you do fail, the hypoxia can cause brain damage, not to mention the risk of addiction doing such a high dose of highly addictive drugs.
The PPEH has a section about the 5 drug combo, which is designed to mimic some of the protocols for "Medical Assistance in Dying". It involves combining morphine (or some other opioid) with benzos (or some other GABBA modulator), but the ultimate part that definitely kills you are drugs acting as a cardiac switch (they inhibit the cells that signal your heart to beat). That being said, mixing drugs to potentiate them can be more effective. Most OD's happen when people are mixing drugs. But then you have the issue that there probably isn't going to be useful data to go off for how fatal a random mix of benzos and opioids is, and if you mess up on winging it, you risk brain damage.

Can you give some details? Like which one of the combinations (there are several proposed) and how long it took?Can you get phenobarbital from pharmacies? That could be used as an alternative to N at a high enough dose, ideally combined with something like morphine . Someone on here that lives in Brazil was able to obtain it without a prescription by calling the pharmacies in their area until they found one that'd sell to them.

OMG, how? Tell me the address of this pharmacy rsrsrsrsrs Honestly, it's more pragmatic to give up on N and try different methods - unless you're a veterinarian. The accessibility of N is very restricted, so it's better to focus on alternatives more available.
I'm not sure if the user is still on these forums but here are their threads. It looks like they reached out to quite a few pharmacies before they were able to obtain it. I agree that we should move on from N, it's too popular now and chances of a vet selling it to you are very very low.

I can't believe N used to be what it seems was easily available only 10 years ago. I started researching methods too late, so many more options more easily accessible back then that are more peaceful and not popularized enough to be as restricted and banned as they are now

True. Feel the same way right now. I watched a Video from a guy 2 years ago that made a doc about sanctioned-suicide and he ordered N from a guy on this site who was pretty known for selling it on here i think his user namd was 'D' or some Letter. It's N from D,pretty famous and legit.People got it all the way up to 2022, pretty lucky.
Don't ever order D from N,it's not the same thing
