• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I seem to be doing everything right, I've been hyperventilating for at least 2-3 minutes before submerging my head into the water. Some attempts work better than others, as sometimes I've been able to hold my breath for way longer than my previous record of 30 seconds.

However, after a bit of time underwater, I start getting the air hunger feeling, at least that's what I think it is. Of course when that happens I reflexively pull my head out of the water and then I have to do the whole process again. I haven't even gone unconscious yet. I have been getting that sense of calm however, up until I start getting air hunger.

Does anyone have any tips for me? I want to ctb before tomorrow ^_^

Shallow water blackout requires you to be able to hold your breath for several minutes. It takes a long time of training. The average person can not perform this method on a whim.

Can't you practice on your own?

You can practice, yes. But it can take months or years to get to the point where this would work. SWB is not a quick, impulse method for the average person.
