Need help to make SN method more peaceful

I've been reading the anecdotes on the spreadsheet about SN overdosing. It seems as if your heart rate gets extremely high and there's a lot of stomach pain. Would taking about 600mg of seroquel an hour and a half before (antiemetic/sedation) be enough? Or should I still try to find benzos or drink alcohol/smoke weed to calm myself more? Any advice for this would be great because I really don't want my last moments to be horribly terrifying or excruciating.

I don't know about the Seroquel but you shouldn't drink alcohol with the SN method. Weed can be used as antiemetic as from what I've read on PPH. The high heart rate can only be eliminated by beta blocker (propranolol)

I doubt that is a beta blocker after reading it sounds more like antacid which is not needed anymore.

I found that list on web, but take it with a pinch of salt as I haven't done enough research on bb's myself. Therefore can't ensure anything.

Beta blockers selective with ISA:

• acebutolol,
• celiprolol.

Beta-blokers selective without ISA:

• atenolol,
• betaksolol,
• bisoprolol,
• esmolol,
• metoprolol,
• nebiwolol.

Beta-blokers nonselective with ISA:

• karteolol,
• pindolol.

Beta-blokers nonselective without ISA:

• karwedilol,
• propranolol,
• sotalol,
• tymolol.

Beta blocker is not necessary, if you can't get just leave it as they even removed it from the protocol
