Need help hanging myself

Hello. I've been trying to hang myself for around one year now, yet I could never succeed. Recently, the belt I was using has been taken away from me. I need help. What should I use to hang myself? Bedsheets? Cables? Shoe laces?
Do you have any other tips/ tricks? I'm planning to hang myself from a rod in my shower cabin that's placed around 2 meters above the floor.

I know that cables are a pretty popular option, but I´m not sure if they snap easily or not. Do you not have access to a rope?

I don't have any, sadly.

Well, then I guess the cables would be your best bet? Personally, I´m also planning on ctb by hanging and don´t have one either just doing research before going out to purchase the most effective one
