ODs are not a realiable or viable method as they are very, very low chance of working. Meds are jusy made outstandingly safe these days plus it would entail consuming usually thousands of pills/crushed pills in order to even approach the LD50 (which then is still just a measly 50% shot) so the body would simply throw up the contents well before reaching that point.
