I have 1 bottle of N and not sure it will be enough, so could taking 8 grams of amitriptyline with 1 bottle of N be successful in CTB? what are the odds of success, 100%?

You almost have enough for an Ami od alone. 2023 PPeH recommendation is for 10 gm Ami, plus a benzo Oxazepam 600mg or Bromazolam 50 mg. For N alone the recommended dose is 10 or more grams or two bottles.
