It's supposed to speed up the process I know that. I don't know how much you have to down or you can down...yea i guess it only increases vomiting risk but I'm only taking 100ml so should not be a problem, just concerned about all that extra liquid that will be in my body before taking N and what effect that will have if anySimilar threads
